A well known location in NYC it is also, less known, to be a Garou Caern. While there are a few places of "power" in the park, which forms the core of the Caern, the park in its entirety is the bawn, or the area patrolled and protected by the shifters. It is considered a fellowship Caern and the Bone Gnawers who care for it welcome all tribes, as well as most supers who mean no harm to the Caern or those who call it "home".
