California Takes Hostages    The letter of intent finally makes sense. It would seem it was a lead in to what has happened now. The band Angel, a local band with Perry Moon as lead vocal, has been taken hostage. The rest of the band was allowed to leave, only Perry and his husband was kept. The reason they gave to the band, was this, New York City would get their angel voiced singer back, once the upstream states stops holding the water that is theirs.
       The water they are referring to is the Colorado river, they had made agreements with the upstream states before the war and natural catastrophes for a certain amount of the river's water to make it to California, and it would seem all the damage has rerouted the Colorado and now the state is holding the other states that are still benefiting from the river responsible.
